DT-S is a high-precision automated measurement system for brake disc thickness difference (DTV) and disc end bounce (LRO) testing. This system is capable of installing customer defined tracks for comprehensive scanning of brake discs, providing users with angle domain data and 3D renderings of brake disc DTV and LRO, and FFT analysis of the data to help users verify and analyze brake disc deformation caused by overheating or wear.
