The collision testing laboratory system has the testing capability to meet existing legal requirements and customer specific needs. The collision testing laboratory system can provide calibration equipment, trolley systems, dynamic impact data acquisition systems, dynamic impact sensors, collision dummies, high-speed cameras, and lighting. It is a one-stop service point for passive safety system collision testing.
Calibration equipment
A complete set of testing dummy calibration equipment is used to test the performance range of each designated component of the dummy within the standard, to ensure that the test dummy has biological response characteristics consistent with real human beings. The equipment meets the standards of CFR49part572, JJF12 30-2009, JJF1803-2020, and JJF1231-2009.

Trolley system
The trolley system includes the vehicle body, control system, track system, drive system, and deceleration system, which can simulate frontal impact, offset impact, and side impact. By adjusting the pulse, various different waveforms can be achieved, which are widely used in constraint systems, seats, and whip tests.
Dynamic Impact Data Acquisition System
The dynamic impact data acquisition system is an instrument used to collect sensor information on dummies and equipment. The number of channels can be customized according to actual needs, supporting commonly used strain gauges, piezoresistive sensors, voltage sensors and potentiometers, as well as IEPE and PE sensors.

Multiple dynamic impact sensors can measure pressure, force, torque, and acceleration, achieving excellent measurement results.
Collision dummy
We have a variety of dummies and accessories, including Hybrid III 50th percentile, Hybrid IIl 5th percentile, Hybrid IIl 95th percentile, FAA dummy, Q series child dummy, P series child dummy, TNO-10 seat belt dummy, ECE-R16 seat belt dummy, counterweight dummy, and standing dummy. These dummies serve as substitutes for real humans in dynamic impact testing and can be used to measure the mechanical response of various parts of the human body during testing.
High speed camera
Equipped with a high-speed panoramic camera, it can independently achieve a wide range without dead angles. By capturing the target points of the vehicle body and obstacles in the picture through high-speed photography, it can fully record the instantaneous collision angle, speed, deformation and other entire process between the vehicle and obstacles, and restore the entire process of changes during collisions.
Lighting
LED light source is the latest high-speed photography lighting system, which can be used for collision tests and static deployment tests of airbags, minimizing the thermal load on dummies or safety airbag systems. Light control can be seamlessly integrated into the test bench control software without the need for additional software or hardware to operate.
