ABD has developed a series of computer-controlled in car robot testing products, specifically designed for testing vehicle dynamics, steering systems, and braking systems. In addition, they can also be used for other testing applications, such as durability and abuse testing, and the development of advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS). These robot systems are mainly used to improve the accuracy and repeatability of typical experiments, making it easy for some tests that are difficult or impossible for human drivers to achieve, reducing the danger of experiments, saving time, and obtaining high-quality objective data (built-in data acquisition in controllers).

The core products include:

◆ Turning robot

◆ Pedal robot (brake, accelerator, and clutch)

This series of robots can be used independently or combined with each other for more complex experiments, such as braking when turning, braking when changing lanes, or accelerating or decelerating during turning. Our design philosophy is to install robots in vehicles without the need for excessive modifications, and to allow drivers to continue sitting in the vehicle and driving normally after the equipment is installed, just like under normal circumstances. All robots are electrically driven, powered by the vehicle's battery. The system uses ordinary Windows based user interface software, which can easily set up robots. The software is usually installed on laptops or tablets. The real-time control of the robot is carried out by a powerful servo controller, which is connected to computer software through Ethernet interface.
