The Flex Moshon traction system is designed to tow balloon cars during Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), and other ADAS testing periods.

Our traction system consists of three pressure hoses (15 meters long), which include Storz hose joints, hose brackets with wheels, support plates with traction hook systems, inflatable bodies, and a 12V electric air pump. The pressure hose ensures that the vehicle's target remains in its desired position after being towed by the towing vehicle. Even during braking, the distance between the target and the towing vehicle remains unchanged. After the collision, the balloon vehicle target automatically rebounds and can immediately proceed to the next test.

Inflation targets can be used for lane changing operations up to a maximum speed of approximately 60 kilometers per hour. During lane changing, the vehicle's target follows the lane of the towing vehicle with a deviation of only a few centimeters. Flexible design not only allows for lane changing operations, but also allows for U-shaped U-turns.

The installation takes less than an hour and can be completed by one person. The Flex Moshon EVT traction system can be completely disassembled and easily installed indoors or in the trunk of large hatchbacks.
