The global demand for Powered Two-Wheelers (PTW) is growing and is expected to increase by more than 37% in the next five years. The design of Soft Scooter 360 helps to improve the safety of electric bicyclists, who account for more than half of all road traffic fatalities in the world. It also complies with the ISO/WD 19206-5 standard and is compatible with the C-NCAP 2021 protocol.

Soft Scooter 360 is a highly lifelike product with lifelike vinyl skin, speed matching rotating wheels, and micro Doppler effect. In addition to realism, durability is also a key feature of Soft Scooter 360. The rider dummy is independent of the vehicle body, rather than integrated as a whole. The product is supported by a tubular structure surrounded by lightweight foam to minimize hard spots, which helps reduce damage to the test vehicle. It can also withstand frontal and side impact velocities of 40kph and 60kph respectively.
